The presentation of the fingerprint identification system “Sonda” has taken place at the expert-criminal department of MIA of Kyrgyzstan.

The first deputy minister of MIA Guronov O. opened the presentation and he mentioned, that the installed equipment was a big help to the officials of MIA. The system Sonda has been used in Kyrgyzstan since 2000, although it was installed just in one police department in Bishkek. At present time, the new version of the software and additional equipment are installed for the expansion of the central database, as well as in MIA of Osh, Djalalabad and Talas regions. It allows database exchange between district and regional MIA.
