«Stay-in-touch» for new school year.

1th September the new electronic janitor met pupils and their parents at two Moscow schools: Center of Education № 775 and New Humanitarian School. Biometrical safety system “Stay-in-touch” is installed in these educational institutions. Biometrical sensors Sonda ACD-5 on the turnstiles in the Center of Education № 775 and Sonda ACD-2 on the posts in NEI «New Humanitarian School» allow raising the security level and preventing strangers unauthorized access to school, as well as registration of entrance and exit of schoolboys from school and school staff operating time. «Stay-in-touch» system works using both fingerprints and cards. However, advantages of fingerprint usage were appreciated by everybody: parents and pupils and also teachers. Both adult and children are not worried about the fact where their card is, if they left it at home or lost it. As for the speed of fingerprint information processing it is not more than card information processing and it is equal to 2 seconds on average, as for the safety, it is much more. Biometrical system installed at schools is integrated with school informational system NetSchool, thus presence of the pupil in the lesson is recorded in the class diary automatically, and the parents have an opportunity to get as SMS an information about exact time of child’s entrance and exit from school, as well as marks which their child has got during the day.
